Island annexation by ordinance - The property is legally described as land in the S½, NE¼ and S½ of Section 3; N½ and the N½, SW¼ and the SE¼ of Section 10; E½, NE¼, and N½, SE¼ of Section 9, Township-15-South, Range-28-West, Miller County, Arkansas and presently not within the corporate municipal limits of the City of Texarkana, Arkansas and lying South of IH30, West of Rondo Road, East of the 4-States Fairgrounds, and North of the Texarkana Regional Airport.
