Adopt an Ordinance amending Sections 28-21 and 28-22 of Article III and Section 28-142 of Article XI of Chapter 28 and Section 14-1, Article I, Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances; to add and delete various definitions; to add and delete various sections of Chapters 14 and 28 regulating single-wide mobile homes (pre-regulation, 6-15-1976) and multi-section manufactured homes (post-regulation, 6-15-1976); and to create an R-1 Overlay District to accommodate multi-section manufactured homes as a use by right. |
