CONSENT AGENDA

A.

Approval of Minutes of the regular meeting of April 4, 2005.

B.

Adopt a Resolution granting permission to Jimmy Barrios to have the Cinco de Mayo celebration on May 7, 2005.

C.

Adopt a Resolution approving the request by the Texarkana Museums System for the 24^th annual Quadrangle Festival on Saturday, September 10 and Sunday, September 11, 2005.

D.

Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City to destroy certain Texarkana Water Utilities records.

E.

Adopt a Resolution authorizing use of the Arkansas Infrastructure Fund, on a one-time basis, to assist low and moderate income families to pay for meter sets, water service lines, sewer service lines and pro rata fees, further authorizing Barbara Pitts to determine eligibility for the program, and further designating money received from repayment of low interest loans be returned to the fund maintained by Texarkana Water Utilities.

F.

Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Texarkana Water Utilities to provide registered notice to the 52 residents that they must connect to sanitary sewer within one year, with such residents being notified that they are eligible to apply for assistance under the low/moderate income assistance program; and that all pro rata payment times be extended to the longest currently set period of 60 months.
