Adopt an Ordinance rezoning a tract of land legally described as Lot 7 (less the W15’), E½ of Lot 8, and the E½ of the S10.5’ of Lot 9, Block 2, SMITH & BURKE ADDITION, Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas, from R-3 Low Density Residential to C-3 Open Display Commercial to expand the existing beauty salon/products business. Adopt an Ordinance rezoning a tract of land legally described as a tract of land in the SE¼, SE¼, Section 35, Township-15-South, Range-28-West, Texarkana, Miller County Arkansas (containing 14.275 acres of land, more or less) from R-1 Rural Residential to C-3 Open Display Commercial for a retail tire store and a truck office, repair, and dispatching business. Citizen Communication. |

A limit of five (5) minute per subject is allotted for any person to express a written or oral viewpoint, grievance or other message to the Board of Directors, with a maximum of fifty (50) minutes allotted for citizen communications. No advance permission is required, but persons wishing to address the Board are requested to fill out a “blue” card listing the subject to be addressed and hand it to the City Clerk upon arrival. Citizen’s communications will be immediately following the Regular Agenda items on each agenda. |
