CONSENT AGENDA

A.

Approval of Minutes of the regular meeting of August 21, 2006.

B.

Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Texarkana Veterans Council to have the annual Veterans Day Parade on November 11, 2006.

C.

Adopt a Resolution approving the City of Texarkana, Arkansas becoming an ADFA Home To Own Program Homebuyer Counseling Agency and grant Housing and Community Development Department permission to make application to the Arkansas Development Finance Authority.

Adopt an Ordinance naming an unnamed and unnumbered street ROW in the 300 block on the West side of Limley Drive to Ailene Way, said street is legally described as the 50’-0” prescriptive Right-of-Way between Lots 5-8, Block 4, and Lots 1-4, Block 5, PARKRIDGE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas.

Citizen Communication

A limit of five (5) minute per subject is allotted for any person to express a written or oral viewpoint, grievance or other message to the Board of Directors, with a maximum of fifty (50) minutes allotted for citizen communications.  No advance permission is required, but persons wishing to address the Board are requested to fill out a “blue” card listing the subject to be addressed and hand it to the City Clerk upon arrival.  Citizen’s communications will be immediately following the Regular Agenda items on each agenda.
