Adopt a Resolution authorizing acceptance of the 2005 Public Housing Drug Elimination Grant.

Adopt a Resolution setting the date for a public hearing to receive comments regarding a petition to abandon a part of the dedicated, unimproved 50’-0” East 12th Street Right-of-Way between Lots 12-19 of Block 1, HUDGINS 2ND ADDITION, Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas and Block 8, DAVIS & KING ADDITION, Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas.  The street is located in the 1200 block of Couch Street. Adopt a Resolution setting the date for a public hearing to receive comments regarding a petition to abandon a part of the dedicated, unimproved 50’-0” East 13th Street Right-of-Way between Lots 7-11 of Block 1, HUDGINS 2ND SUBDIVISION and Lots 29 & 30, HILLTOP ADDITION, Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas to the dead-end at the intersection with the abandoned Walker Street Right-of-Way.  The alley is located in the 1300 block of Couch Street (Tri-State Iron & Metal Company. G.

Adopt a Resolution setting the date for a public hearing to receive comments regarding a petition to abandon a part of the dedicated, unimproved 16’-0” alley between Lots 5-11 and Lots 12-19, Block 1, HUDGINS 2ND SUBDIVISION, Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas to the dead-end at the former Missouri-Pacific Railroad.  The alley is located in the 1200 block of Couch Street. H.

Adopt a Resolution setting the date for a public hearing to receive comments regarding a petition to abandon the dedicated, unimproved 20’-0” alleys between Lots 1-18, Block 68, ORIGINAL CITY OF TEXARKANA, Miller County, Arkansas.  The alleys are located in the 600 block of E. 3rd Street.  (Family Service Agency (Family Service Agency (c/o Charles Deville, Executive Director))

Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to accept modifications to the Commercial Rehabilitation Revolving Loan agreement with David Potter (Potter Properties, Inc.).  (Landmark/Smith Building)

Adopt an Ordinance rezoning a tract of land legally described as a part of the SW¼, SW¼, Section 20, Township-15-South, Range-28-West, Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas (containing 18.864 acres of land, more or less) from W-1 Warehousing & Wholesaling, M-2 General Manufacturing, and R-3 Low Density Residential to PUD Planned Unit Development.  The property is located at 1725 E. 9th Street. Adopt an Ordinance rezoning a tract of land legally described as a part of the NW¼, NW¼, Section 18, Township-15-South, Range-28-West, Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas (200’ X 280’) from O-1 Office & Quiet Business to C-3 Open Display Commercial.  The property is located at the SE corner of County Avenue and Arkansas Boulevard. Adopt an Ordinance rezoning a tract of land legally described as a tract of land in the SW¼, NE¼, Section 28, Township-15-South, Range-28-West, Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas (containing 0.758 acres of land, more or less) from M-1 Limited Manufacturing to C-3 Open Display Commercial.  The property is located at 3515 Washington Street.( James Wilhite)

Adopt an Ordinance rezoning a tract of land legally described as all of Lot 4 and the E75’ of Lot 5 (lying South of Arkansas Boulevard), Block 3, BEMIS GROVE ADDITION, Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas from O-1 Office and Quiet Business to C-1 General Commercial.  The property is located in the1700-1800 block of Arkansas Boulevard.
