Officer Holly Monroe became a member of the Texarkana Police Department in June of 2005. She earned her Arkansas Law Enforcement certification from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy, located in E. Camden, AR.
Officer Monroe is attending Texarkana College where she is pursuing her Criminal Justice Degree. She is currently assigned to the Patrol Division.
