Officer Kittiele Stewart was hired with the Texarkana Police Department in 1999. She attended the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy in Camden, Arkansas, where she earned her Arkansas Law Enforcement certification.

Officer Stewart is attending Texarkana College, where she is pursuing her Criminal Justice Degree. She’s currently assigned to the Patrol Division.
