The Civil Service Commission for the City of Texarkana Arkansas will be holding it's annual May meeting for the purposes of electing a chairman and secretary, as well as attending to any new business. The meeting is to be held on Monday, May 8th at 4:30pm at the Bi-State Justice Building.
