Re: Man found shot in the chest in the 500 block of East 12th

Monday night the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department received a 911 call about a shooting victim in the 500 block of East 12th. Jimmy Ware, 25 years of Texarkana Arkansas, was found laying face down on the sidewalk at the intersection of East 12th and County Avenue bleeding from a gunshot wound to his chest.

Ware was transported by Lifenet Ambulance Service to Wadley Hospital for emergency medical services. He is currently in stable condition at the hospital.

An investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division’s violence against persons section has led to the issuance of a Battery 1st Degree warrant for the arrest of Tanasha Holloway, 31 yrs of Atlanta Texas. She is described as a black female, approximately 5’ 2”, 150lbs, and was last seen driving a green four door Oldsmobile Alero. The crime appears to be a result of a domestic argument however the exact nature has not yet been determined. Holloway is considered armed with a firearm and is considered dangerous.
