Budget

Expenditures remain within prorated limits for all police budgets.  Vehicle maintenance costs in 2002 were significantly lower than costs that we experienced in 2000 and 2001 - largely as the result of being able to replace several vehicles from our aging fleet.  The total vehicle maintenance expenditures for FY2002 were $78,643 - a 34.5 percent decrease from FY2001 and a 6.3 percent decrease from FY2000.  Fuel costs are not reflected in these figures.
