Your child may qualify for free or reduced cost immunizations.

Texas Vaccines for Children Program:
(Eligibility screening required)
Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Polio, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Chickenpox, Hepatitis A & B, Hib, HPV, Influenza, Meningococcal, Pneumococcal, Rotovirus for children 18 years of age and younger for an administration fee of $10.00 ($20 family of children maximum) per visit. Administration fee for TVFC-eligible adults is $10.00 per dose. No fee for Medicaid recipients (please bring current card). Community Health Program:
Tuberculosis skin testing for employment purposes: $10.00

Communicable Disease Program:
- Preventive education
- Investigation and surveillance of communicable diseases
- Administration of Hepatitis A immune globulin (upon direction of the Texas Department of State Health Service): $10.00 administration fee
Tuberculosis Control and Elimination:
Targeted TB skin testing for high-risk clients-no charge
Follow-up for positive reactors: chest x-ray referral ($24.00), physician review, and treatment for latent TB infection, if indicated.
TB education and training for interested groups.
Referral to appropriate state agency for TB Cases/Suspects
