On behalf of the dedicated and committed men and women of YOUR Texarkana Texas Police Department, I welcome you to our website.  We are hopeful that we will be better able to serve you by providing this medium for current information on our programs, staffing and department resources. 

     As we view ourselves as your police, we view you, each resident and visitor, as part of OUR Community.  To this end, we strive to structure our service delivery systems to embody our departmental motto, “Dedicated to Community Service.”

     As YOUR new Chief of Police, I am honored to serve this community.  I deeply appreciate the support and confidence that has been extended to me by the elected officials, the municipal management team and residents of this city.  My welcome has been heart-warming and my family and I are proud to call Texarkana, Texas our home.

     I consider it a privilege to work with the members of YOUR Texarkana Texas Police Department.  I have found them to be extremely professional, competent and accomplished.  My prior service and associations in other locations across the country uniquely qualify me to reach these conclusions.  By deed, not just discussion, this department delivers, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, fifty two weeks a year. 

     I ask you to join me in thanking them for what they have done in the past and by supporting them now and into the future.  They truly deserve this support as they go about the business of protecting and serving OUR Community.
